This four-session workshop, led by Michael Erlewine, teaches participants to read a birth chart in its two complementary forms: the Karma Chart, cast geocentrically from the Earth's point of view, and the Dharma Chart, cast heliocentrically from the Sun’s.
It opens with the history of Copernicus and the five hundred years of astrological and astronomical thought that followed, then introduces the form and meaning of these two charts, the Sixty Chart Types, and the Four Tribes those types belong to.
From there, the workshop turns to how these patterns combine across a person's relationships: partners, families, and children.
The aim of the workshop is to teach participants to read these charts themselves.
