Aspects are of cardinal importance in astrology, but interpreting them can be challenging, and not only for beginning and intermediate students. This course is designed to help participants become more confident in interpreting aspects, and to have some fun doing so.
Students will explore the different types of aspects and how they differ in meaning and usage, including hard and soft aspects, orbs, aspect priorities, aspect patterns, and the quintile and septile series. Through examples, students will learn how to identify which aspects are central to understanding a given chart or situation, and which ones are of lesser priority.
Using natal, forecasting, and mundane examples, this course will show how aspects strengthen interpretation across many branches of astrology.
Pre-requisites:
The course is suitable for all levels of knowledge, though it is hoped that participants will be conversant with planets, signs and houses.
